katherine folk-sullivan

Katherine coaches leaders who are willing to put down what already works in service of what really matters. Her clients have included leaders in social justice organizations, major art institutions, and startups at all stages. She has coached career military officers as they transition to civilian life; white leaders as they strengthen their anti-racism skills; women in executive roles learning to claim their voice; and men working to become the father and husband they want to be. In every client engagement, she is a stand for authentic leadership, sustainability, and service.

Katherine holds the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, is a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, and a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach. Her coaching approach is rooted in ontology, and informed by somatics, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Internal Family Systems, and racial healing modalities. She draws heavily from her background and love for the arts, and believes that coaching is simply the latest iteration of a perennial conversation about how human beings engage with life. After many years in New York City, she now lives in California with her playful husband and their very handsome dog.
