Ramona Ciobanu is a certified sleep consultant at You Can Sleep Well. Having struggled with chronic insomnia, she knows firsthand the challenges of getting a good night’s sleep and how critical it is for overall health and wellness. Her own experience inspired her to help others by starting You Can Sleep Well. Through her individualized 8-week sleep program, she uses scientific and holistic approaches to help you fall asleep fast, stay asleep and wake up rested.

The program is tailored to each individual’s needs and includes:
-An individualized sleep-wake plan
-Eliminating thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that compromise sleep
-Using sleep therapy to teach the body to fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night
-Techniques for calming the mind and managing daily stress

Prior to starting You Can Sleep Well, Ramona held leadership roles in sales and management in fashion and real estate.

In her free time, she is a community volunteer, enjoys traveling and cooking.
